Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a process of shared exploration of your unique concerns that offers meaningful insight and change. While utilizing nonjudgmental and intentional listening, I provide a space where together we recognize and translate your lived experience into words in order to promote personal reflection and growth. Therapeutic tasks include looking closely at emotional and relational spaces you navigate in daily life, examining how past experiences impact you in the present, and developing new perspectives and ways of being. These efforts can offer you a greater sense of agency and authenticity in your life and deeper satisfaction with who you are in the world.
I am a generalist clinician and treat individuals presenting with a range of issues. My particular areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and identity issues. I value individual differences and working with people of various identities and backgrounds. I welcome you to contact me with any questions about my therapeutic approach and to learn if we might work together towards your goals.
